Affordable irrigation system. Scheduling was challenging.
I had them install a 5 zone irrigation system at my home on Springstone. The work was well done and completed in a day. It was about $4800 for the entire system including a 3% Credit Card processing fee (cheap insurance if there is an issue). The quote came back quickly but getting everything scheduled required a very proactive approach on my part. They could use an in house administrator to do this better. They are very busy and the team showed me how many systems they manage across the DMV. It’s a lot. They used a modern Rachio smart controller and rain bird heads and I insisted they connect to the waterline outside the home, not inside as I didn’t want more penetrations through the house itself. System has been up for about a month; no issues. I’ll use them to winterize and return the system to service each season based on my experience so far.
